Space Flower
The model I made gave the overall structure. On site the drawing got fine-tuned. All shapes visually united to the center of the flower positioned in the axis of the door from where one entered.
Flocking is a powder that glues to a surface to create a velvet texture. I used it to enhance the red underlying circle and give it a tactile aspect.
