Hanging Gardens of Brooklyn

Inspired by the ancient gardens of Mesopotamia with lush, beautiful plants placed on high constructions with exotic flowers and fruits hanging down, I propose two murals on the white wall opposite The Invisible Dog exhibition hall. Karen Polinger Foster, Yale University: The Pharaoh Thutmosis III commemorated wall reliefs. Exotic plants, animals, and birds appear in these “Botanical Garden” reliefs, many of which are artistic creations meant to convey the idea of the unusual, even the bizarre, rather than any botanical or zoological reality.
